Ogden Outdoor Adventure Show 172 - Pepsi Invasion

Thank you to Pepsi and their Real. Big. Summer. event for bringing a new kind of adventure to Ogden!

Pepsi brought a new and exciting kind of fun to Historic 25th Street this weekend. I posted my thoughts on my Facebook Page:

"I didn't know there was a Grounds on 25th Street, we should come walk down here more often,"  - heard someone say while we were playing one of the Nurture the Creative Mind pianos. This is what I like about events like this. To me, the worth doesn't lie in a free concert or swag parade, but rather in giving people a reason to revisit H25, give local biz some love, and realize Ogden really is awesome! Thanks Pepsi!!"

And, apparently two exclamation points really drives home the message. It really was a good time and I'm sure businesses on Historic 25th enjoyed the added attention.

Now on to our interview with Austin Hansel who is representing Ogden, Utah at the IFSC World Youth Climbing Championships soon in New Caledonia! Austin and his Dad are already over $5,000 into this upcoming trip with airfare and lodging. Austin is working a 'real job' to help pay for his expenses, however any love our community would like to throw at him, I'm sure he and his father Lance would appreciate.
