When Do Not Flush, The Sammy Brue Band, and Mt. Pleasant Relief Society didn't make the cut, Shane Osguthorpe alongside Scott Rogers properly named their impromptu project, The Proper Way, forming an Ogden duo of badassery. From the strangest requests, to the importance of a solid local music scene, and the fact that 2016 "can suck it," Shane and Scott rocked this interview and the five track set which concluded with an instant request from Ogden Mayor Mike Caldwell.
